Warranty

At Legends Home, we build our products to last. Sometimes even the best quality products can fail. In the event you have any issues with your purchase, our warranty is here to make sure you're taken care of.

The warranty begins the date you purchase a Legends Home product and only valid for the original purchaser. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Legends Home will repair or replace the defective product in a reasonable amount of time. We do not cover anything outside normal usage of our products.

General Furniture

All general furniture items include a Lifetime Warranty. Categories includes: TV Stands, Occasional, Sofas & Sectionals, Entertainment Centers, Bedroom Sets, Beds, Dressers & Chests, Nightstands, Headboards, Desks, Bookcases, File Cabinets. Warranty is only valid for original purchaser.

Does cover:

  • Any defects in craftsmanship
  • Any defects in material or hardware

Does not cover:

  • Improperly handling or moving
  • Dings, scratches, or other types of physical damage
  • Sun, water, or chemical damage
  • Fireplace inserts (if applicable)

Mattresses

All Legends mattresses are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”).
We recommend keeping your proof of purchase in a safe place to support any warranty claims.

Replacement policy:

  • Years 1–10: Repair or replacement at no charge if deemed defective (exclusive of shipping and handling).

Does cover:

  • Separation of laminated mattress components
  • Areas of compression or sagging greater than 1.5" when compared with edge height on a flat surface
  • Cover failure associated with defective materials or faulty workmanship

Does not cover:

  • Comfort preference or changes in firmness over time
  • Normal softening of foam or changes in recovery speed
  • Fabric wear or normal cover deterioration
  • Stains, tears, punctures, cuts, burns, or other physical damage
  • Damage caused by improper foundations or insufficient support (e.g., old box springs, bunkie boards, slats spaced over 4")
  • Removal of the mattress cover (which may damage the fire barrier and void the warranty)
  • Mattresses used without their original cover 
  • Damage from soiling, moisture, or unsanitary conditions

Normal Conditions of Use 
Legends Furniture Inc.'s mattress is designed to be used on a solid deck bed or platform. Use of the mattress on slats or a foundation with insufficient support (i.e. bunkie board, etc.) may damage your mattress and void your warranty. 

The mattress should be spot cleaned only.  Some mattresses include a zipper that is used for manufacturing purposes. Do not remove the cover from your mattress.  All mattresses have a protective inner cover or materials necessary to meet federal safety and flammability standards.  Removal of the cover may damage this protective inner barrier and will void your warranty.   For your safety, the mattress must never be used without the cover in place. 

The mattress must be protected from physical damage.  Mechanical tearing, puncturing, cutting, or abrading will invalidate the warranty.  The use of mattresses with covers that are soiled, damaged, or excessively worn is not recommended and will also void your warranty. 

Other limitations: 
Because each individual is unique, we cannot warranty comfort or sleep quality. We strive to provide the best value in the industry and hope our mattress suits your individual needs.  It is normal for mattress material to become "softer" during use.  It is also normal for the mattress to develop a faster deflection recovery rate.  This change over time with normal wear does qualify as a product defect. 

Repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation does not extend this warranty or begin a new warranty period.  When making a claim against this Warranty, you will be required to produce photo evidence and an acceptable copy of your original proof of purchase. 

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty, representation, indemnity, or guarantee whether expressed or implied, oral or written, arising by law, custom, or prior policy made or offered by Legends Furniture Inc., its dealers, representatives, or employees. 

Freight cost to and from the authorized repair facility is the responsibility of the mattress owner. 

Purchaser acknowledges, by placing the Legends Furniture Inc. mattress into use, that this warranty specifically excludes claims for incidental damages or loss and is valid only to the original purchaser. 

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other rights that vary from state to state

Bed Frames & Bases 

All of our bed frames and bases are covered by a 10-year limited warranty ("Limited Warranty"). Warranty only covers normal usage of the product.

Replacement policy:

  • Years 1-2: Full coverage, we pay for everything. Our Expert repair associates are available by phone or a technician will come to your home if needed. 
  • Years 3-10: Repair or replace parts/bed frame if deemed defective. We cover 50% of the fees, including parts & labor. 

Does cover:

  • Defects in components or craftsmanship 
  • Motor & components

Does not cover:

  • Structural or visual damage from out of the ordinary usage.
  • Physical damage or abuse to the materials, including, but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, rust.
  • Any base sold by resellers or individuals that are not authorized retailers
  • Damages caused by repairs or parts replacements by unauthorized people
  • Recommended weights are exceeded which damaged frame (750 lbs, including the weight of the mattress)

Fireplace Inserts 

All of our fireplace inserts come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.  For any fireplace warranty claims, please reach out to us.
